Our mission is to give you a professional and personal experience, every time you walk in our doors. If you are not satisfied with the end result, most modifications desired will be free of charge within 10 days of your initial visit.
If you are reserving a specialty service such as bridal parties or treatments taking 3+ hours, we will require a credit card charge to the amount of 50% of the total service be due upon making the reservation. Please note that for these services, a 48-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required. Failure to comply with this notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the service.
A “+” indicates price variation among service providers. All prices are subject to change. We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Gift cards are available.
We require a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice. No-show appointments may be subject to service charges and will be required to reserve future appointments with a credit card. Repeating this practice will result in a charge for the full scheduled service amount.
We get it—sometimes, you might run a little bit behind. If you are running approximately 15 minutes late or more, please give the salon a call and let guest services know how late you estimate you’ll be. Understand that your appointment may be subject to rescheduling if your service provider cannot perform the scheduled services in the remaining time allotted.
If you are not completely satisfied with your boutique purchase, we would be happy to return or exchange your item within 14 days of your purchase with the tags attached. However, all of our sale and makeup items are final sale.
